My passion is lifting hearts (and heart-rates) and inspiring confidence.

As a meditation leader, I promote connecting mind and body and being fully present in this moment.

Leave competition at the door and come pedal to your favorite dance tunes with fun choreo that will make you forget you're working out.

Some spin classes can be intimidating and competitive but Jen's party atmosphere and fun approach makes cycling accessible to all, complete with fun, party lighting and music you can sing along to while rocking out to the beat.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Mindfulness can be defined as a mental state that involves being fully focused on "the now" so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment.

 

Group meditations focus on deep breathing and awareness of body and mind, with spoken word and space for silent precence.
